O objectivo do projecto \u00e9 desenvolver e refor\u00e7ar a capacidade dos jovens empreendedores para responder \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as face a desafios semelhantes que os mercados de trabalho enfrentam durante a pandemia COVID-19 e que poder\u00e3o vir a ocorrer no futuro. iNSPIRE visa apoiar o desenvolvimento da rede de empreendedorismo social em muitos pa\u00edses europeus (Turquia, Portugal, Irlanda, Fran\u00e7a, B\u00e9lgica), visa criar um centro de aprendizagem (Inspire Live Hub) que ir\u00e1 desenvolver processos de aprendizagem inspiradores e instrutivos baseados na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de li\u00e7\u00f5es que podem ser aprendidas no ambiente de aprendizagem formal e informal e transferidas no futuro.<\/p><p>Uma vez que a Irlanda e a B\u00e9lgica j\u00e1 t\u00eam um passado significativo e importante no empreendedorismo social, ir\u00e3o contribuir para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma parceria forte e ben\u00e9fica para apoiar e desenvolver o cluster social europeu. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Irlanda e da B\u00e9lgica mostram que o empreendedorismo social tem um grande potencial para o crescimento do emprego.<\/p><p>Este projecto visa desenvolver as compet\u00eancias dos empreendedores sociais e aumentar o seu potencial para criar empresas sociais.
